Brief introduction:
The three-cylinder dryer is to shorten the overall size of the dryer by changing the single cylinder of the single-cylinder dryer to three cylinders stacked together. When the machine is working, the material and the hot air flow enter the inner to outer cylinder in turn, and after the Z-shaped reciprocating flow of the machine, make full use of the heat energy to dry the material and then discharge it.
The dryer cylinder part is composed of three coaxial horizontal placement of the inner, middle and outer cylinders, which makes the cross-section of the cylinder fully utilized. The total length of the barrel shape is about 30-35% of that of a comparable single tube. As a result, the floor space and plant construction area are greatly reduced.
The supporting device of the machine is supported by the wheel belt and the supporting roller on the outer cylinder, and the supporting roller is directly driven by the motor. Through the friction between the supporting roller and the wheel belt, the cylinder rotates. The overall structure of the machine is compact, reasonable and simple, in order to facilitate the maintenance and replacement of wear parts, it is designed to be axially split in the middle, and is connected with bolts.

1. The dryer is scientific and reasonable, high efficiency and energy saving. The material is used in the form of radiation, convection and conduction in the inner cylinder and the hot air flow, and the heat exchange in the outer cylinder is used in the form of conduction and convection. The dryer has high thermal efficiency and remarkable energy-saving effect. After testing, the thermal efficiency greatly exceeds the level of about 50% of the traditional dryer. After the equipment was put into operation, the coal-saving effect was remarkable.
2. The machine adopts the downstream drying process of materials and hot air, and has a wide range of applications. It can adapt to the drying of various raw materials such as clay, coal, slag, iron powder, etc., and is also suitable for the drying of various bulk materials in metallurgy, chemical and other departments. Compact structure. The whole machine is horizontally arranged, supported by supporting rollers, canceling the large and small gear transmission, and replacing it with supporting wheel transmission, so that the equipment installation is more convenient, the operation is simpler, the operation is more reliable, and the operation rate is higher.
3. The external surface area of the machine is reduced by more than 30% compared with the single-tube rotary dryer, and the outer cylinder has a thermal insulation effect on the inner cylinder, the surface temperature of the outer cylinder is low, and the heat loss is less, which greatly improves the working environment and working conditions while being efficient and energy-saving.
4. A variety of lifting plate design, the organic combination of angular lifting plate and 10,000-character lifting plate, so that the exchange of materials and hot flue gas is more sufficient, and the mechanism of "wind tunnel" in the dryer cylinder is reduced.
5. Adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, adjust the speed of the cylinder, and adopt the appropriate speed according to the moisture and output requirements of the machine to ensure that the needs of the next process are met.
